Job Description

1. Maintaining MIS on daily basis.

2. Understanding the JD, screening CV relevant to the given criteria.

3. Sourcing candidates through job portals as per company requirement.

4. Taking telephonic and face to face interview.

5. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time Ensuring to complete the joining formalities for new joiner.

6. Preparing offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters.

7. Making Exit Formalities of Employees - FNF Process.

8. Ensuring that candidate stays loyal with the organization.

9. Maintaining all leave records in the system and update on a day to day basis.

10. Maintaining the filing for all the existing employees and keeping the record of resigned employees.

11. Ensure company's human resources are used efficiently and effectively.

12. Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, rules and regulations.

13. Assist in Performance appraisal and evaluation of employee.

14. Generating Attendance In/Out time.

15. Oversee employees' disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.

16. Payroll processing every month & Issuing Salary slips.

17. Administration work as and when required

18. Recreational activities at office - functional activities for staff

19. Handling grievances of staff.

20. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

21. Plan for Employees Motivational Programmes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
