Responsibilities:
• Understanding the requirements and posting jobs, screening and taking interviews
• Documentations and background verification for the recruitment process
• Attendance tracking and look into the employee benefits
• Performance tracking and appraisal
• Payroll management and HRMS
• Training and development to the employees
• Handling the grievances and compliance
Requirements:
• Good communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Proper knowledge in HR operations
• Must have experience handling the life-cycle of the employees
• Must have positive approach and patience
• Flexible with time and has experience in team handling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
