Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience
Salary: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
1. Managing 40 % sales recruitment + 20 % non sales recruitment and selection process from heavy machine industry, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
2.Rest 40 % includes Admin work includes majorly handling TA/DA process and approvals from respective team head & clear bills accurately.
3.All types of reimbursements should be handled. For eg. Out of Mumbai based candidate coming for interview their travel and stay expense should be reimbursed.
4. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
5. Handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, fostering a positive work environment and addressing concerns promptly.
6. Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote fairness, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
8. Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
