• Handling payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), PT (Professional Tax), and other statutory requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and implement necessary changes to company policies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Address employee queries and concerns regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and best practices.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master's degree or HR certification is a plus
