Position: HR Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our exceptional team.
Responsibilities:
[1] Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
[2] Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes, including payroll calculations, deductions, and disbursements. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations.
[3] Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong workforce. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
[4] Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner. Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
[5] Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
[6] HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to gather insights and make data-driven decisions related to workforce planning, performance management, and employee retention. Prepare and present HR reports to senior management on key HR metrics and trends.
Requirements:
[1] Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
[2] Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with 5-7 years of experience.
[3] Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes, and recruitment strategies.
[4] Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
[5] Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
[6] Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
[7] Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
