JD - HR Manager
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.
2. Attendance and Payroll Management:
• Attendance Management system for all the employees in the system.
• Smooth functioning of payroll processing system and successful operation of software.
3. Employee Relations:
• Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
4. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
• Support employees in their professional growth and career development.
5. HR Policies and Compliances:
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.
6. Performance Management:
• Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and recognizing employee achievements.
7. HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as documentation, contracts, and onboarding processes.
8. Exit Management:
• Prepares employee separation related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
• Handle the departure with sensitivity and maintain confidentiality regarding the reasons for leaving.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the exit process.
• Aim for a positive closure, maintaining a good relationship with departing employees.
9. Employee Engagement:
• Planning Yearly budget for employee engagement activities and preparing yearly plan according to the same.
• Prepare strategies and initiatives which can foster a positive and productive relationship between employees & organization.
10. Organizational Development:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development strategies.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide HR insights to support business goals.
