The role involves developing job descriptions, screening candidates, managing onboarding processes, addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, assisting in performance appraisals, maintaining accurate employee records, administering benefits, and helping develop and enforce HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of HR experience and organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Maintain accurate records of all ESI and PF-related documentation.Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee details, contributions, and claims.
