The HR Manager - Manufacturing Company will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations for the manufacturing facility, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with local and national employment laws. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, with a minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to navigate complex employment laws and regulations in India. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams. Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus.
