The HR Specialist will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, ensuring robust onboarding and training programs, and supporting the organizationxe2x80x99s growth by deploying skilled professionals in the right roles.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and role requirements.

2. Training & Development

• Design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the organization.

• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements based on feedback and organizational needs.

• Identify and address training gaps to ensure the continuous professional development of employees.

3. Deployment & Workforce Management

• Ensure the timely and efficient deployment of team members to their respective roles and locations.

• Work closely with department managers to allocate resources effectively based on business priorities.

• Monitor and track employee performance post-deployment and support managers in optimizing workforce productivity.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.

• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

• Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

5. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

• Organize team-building activities and events to promote a collaborative workplace culture.

• Analyze turnover rates and implement strategies to enhance employee retention.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Education: MBA or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, training, and HR operations.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
