Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open position. 5. Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations. 6. Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees. 7. Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting. 8. Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy. 9. Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current. 10. Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties. 11. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 12. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. 13. Managing the recruitment and selection process. 14. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. 15. Nurture a positive working environment. 16. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 17. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. 18. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 19.
