Job Description


Our client a IT Company is looking to hire a Sr HR Manager.Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization
2. Employee Relations:
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through various initiatives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure job satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
3. Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop career development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
4. Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage employee records, including contracts, benefits, and legal documentation.
5. Training and Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to develop training programs.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive within the industry.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
7. HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Use data to identify trends and make informed decisions on HR strategies.
8. Culture and Employee Engagement:
  • Promote and nurture a company culture that aligns with the organization\'s values and mission.
  • Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and other initiatives to enhance employee morale.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and use feedback to implement changes.
9. Leadership and Strategy:
  • Partner with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall direction of the company.
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Work Environment:
  • This is an office-based position, with some flexibility for remote work.
  • May require occasional travel to other company locations or industry events.
