VIVACRISTO International Study Aboard seeks an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your primary duties will include recruiting and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with all relevant labor regulations.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
  • Administer performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, benefits enrollment, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least [X years] of experience in human resources management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
