Planning , Recruting, training, susataining and motivating employees Post jobs at social medias and other job related websites
Updating employee databases when requested, updating items such as sick pay, maternity and holiday. Organising employee appraisal reviews to discuss performance with managers and assess compensation. Provided support to employees with various HR-related issues and liaised with heads of department to find resolutions.
Complete on boarding process, organising paper works. Handling employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.
Dealing with labour office for staff benefits.
Conducting exit interviews and manage exit papaer works Planning, coordinating and executing events.
Ensure smooth functioning of office, manage administration related activities Monitoring AMC and timely service of office equipments
Dealing with vendors
