The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will lead HR initiatives, enhance staff performance, support employee development, plan strategic HR initiatives, run orientation and onboarding processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Address employee grievances and provide support for conflict resolution.
• Implement performance management systems to support employee development and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
