Job: Description:
We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, including job design, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and development.
Experience, Qualifications:
• Qualification: MBA, BBA, Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years' experience in human resources preferably with experience in textiles/garment industry.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Must have the flexibility to work any shift as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
