Job Summary



The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.




Duties/Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field of industrial automation systems and digitalization services.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand talent needs and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
• Implement performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and productivity with the help of leadership team
• Address performance issues through counselling and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Review and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all employees.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulations and make recommendations for policy updates as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Oversee HR administrative functions such as record-keeping, documentation, and HRMS management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
• Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, including mentoring and coaching junior staff members.
• Participate in professional development activities and networking events to enhance HR knowledge and skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:


• MBA or PGDBM in HR and min. 5 years of experience. B.E/B.Tech in preferably EEE/ECE/AEI/CS/IT will be plus
• Candidates with Experience in recruiting engineers other than software engineers will be a plus.
• Excellent Oral Communication Skills in English.
