Job Title: HR Manager (Female)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Oberai. As an HR Manager in the hospitality industry, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the hotel
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies
• Develop and manage employee benefits programs and ensure they meet the needs of our diverse workforce
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for all employees, including onboarding for new hires
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees
• Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) calculations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with hotel policies and legal requirements
• Monitor and manage employee performance through performance appraisal systems
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
• Provide support and guidance to hotel management on HR-related matters
• Ensure statutory compliance with all labor regulations and laws

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices specific to the hospitality industry
• Experience in payroll processing, PF and ESI calculations, and statutory compliance management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field; additional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) will be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
