CORNERSTONE IS HIRING HR RECRUITER FOR BANGALORE AND DUBAI LOCATION

JOB TITLE: HR Head & Manager

Looking for female's only !!!

Experience range - 3-8 years ( Recruitment field, end to end )

JOB LOCATION: Dubai {On-site }

(Initial 2-3 Months in Bangalore Location)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1)Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.

2)Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.

3)Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance.

4)Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.

5)Act as a point of contact for employee relations and communicate with labor unions.

6)Ensure compliance with all the legal aspects applicable.

7)Maintain and coordinate all activities within the HR department.

8)Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards.

9)Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required.

10)Analyze data and report to the board and senior managers using HR Metrics.

11)Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.

12)Communicate with external services providers such as housing, transport, insurance, etc.

13)Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.

14)Develop policies to curb absenteeism and employee turnover.

Requirements:

• Pushing talent acquisition change programs from both a strategic and operative level
• Experience in managing a recruitment team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition
• Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
• Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships across the organization.
• Increasing talent sourcing within an organization by improving direct hiring
• Analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information
• Influencing employees at all levels to support your decisions and proposed plans
