Job Description


  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Identify and analyze HR trends to recommend proactive solutions for organizational improvement.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless operaexperience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Promote a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion through various HR initiatives.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational growth.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting development plans for employees.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure timely enrollment and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support employee development initiatives and career growth opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to implement best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Working experience in HRM systems especially Zoho People/Suite would be a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Professional HR certification is a plus
Must haves: * Minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations, Human Resource Management, HR Strategy and Planning, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Record Keeping
  • Experience in agency work (not staff augmentation/hiring models)
  • In office- Ahmedabad
Nice to haves: * Experience working with an internationally based web agency
  • Experience in web development industry (not just any IT)
Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 9.30am to 7pm (5days working)
