Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Identify and analyze HR trends to recommend proactive solutions for organizational improvement.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless operaexperience.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
Promote a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion through various HR initiatives.
Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational growth.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting development plans for employees.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure timely enrollment and changes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support employee development initiatives and career growth opportunities.
Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to implement best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Working experience in HRM systems especially Zoho People/Suite would be a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Professional HR certification is a plus
Must haves: * Minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations, Human Resource Management, HR Strategy and Planning, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Record Keeping
Experience in agency work (not staff augmentation/hiring models)
In office- Ahmedabad
Nice to haves: * Experience working with an internationally based web agency
Experience in web development industry (not just any IT)
Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 9.30am to 7pm (5days working)
