We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in human resources management. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the company attracts, hires, develops, and retains the best employees, while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the hiring process.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies.
