As a Senior HR Manager at Hogarth, you will play a vital role in shaping a thriving and inclusive workplace in our Hyderabad office. You will act as a cultural ambassador, bridging the gap between our Hyderabad and US teams by fostering understanding, collaboration, and a shared sense of belonging. This involves overseeing all People Team functions, ensuring alignment with global HR initiatives while remaining sensitive to local customs and working styles.Key Responsibilities:1. Cultural Integration and Team Cohesion:

  • Champion a unified and positive team culture that reflects both Hogarth\'s global values and the unique strengths of our Hyderabad team.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote cross-cultural understanding, communication, and collaboration between teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees seeking guidance on navigating cultural differences and fostering inclusive practices.
2. Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with global initiatives and business objectives, ensuring local relevance and impact.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance on organizational changes, talent management, HR policies, and program implementation.
3. Employee Relations and Performance Management:
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.
  • Coach and guide managers on performance management best practices, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  • Address employee grievances and conduct thorough and impartial investigations as needed.
4. Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with global standards and local requirements.
  • Manage employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Talent Development and Engagement:
  • Identify training and development needs and help design programs that enhance employee skills, foster leadership growth, and support career progression.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and provide opportunities for employees to expand their knowledge and expertise.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Partner with the Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and benefits.
  • Conduct regular compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track key HR metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR activities, initiatives, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources (including Payroll & benefits, and 6+ years of HR Manager experience)
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR or Business administration is preferred
  • Experience working with Global Teams (preferably US teams)
  • Experience rolling out shift systems (swing & night shifts), policies, guidance, & Compliance
  • Excellent manager & employee coaching skills, interpersonal & communication skills; Ability to lead & facilitate training & present
  • Act as a strategic business partner & consultant, the ability to assess gaps, be proactive, and offer creative solutions
