The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital HR management and will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance and leave management, performance reviews, and compliance with healthcare regulations.This role demands a proactive and organized professional who can ensure that the hospital runs smoothly by attracting top medical talent and maintaining a positive working environment for all staff.Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead the recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical staff, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the hospital attracts and retains the best talent.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee queries, grievances, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Attendance & Leave Management:
  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and absenteeism, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Performance Management:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, ensuring that hospital staff are working to their full potential and that key performance indicators are met.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, labor laws, and accreditation standards. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with healthcare norms.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs, organize staff development programs, and ensure that hospital personnel are up to date with certifications and skills relevant to their roles.
  • HR Records & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal files, contracts, and other HR documentation. Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment status.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute initiatives to improve employee morale, engagement, and job satisfaction, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for hospital staff.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role within the healthcare/hospital sector.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor\'s or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of hospital HR practices and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems for attendance and leave management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with HR practices specific to multi-speciality hospitals.
