Hi All,We are having urgent opening with one of our client in Ecommerce industry for HR Manager @ Gurgaon.Job Title :- HR ManagerJob Loaction :- GurgaonKey Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Lead recruitment strategies for various roles, from technical positions to customer service and warehouse operations.
  • Develop and manage workforce planning to support the companys growth, ensuring we have the right talent in place.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and align with our company culture.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives and addressing any workplace concerns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities and engagement programs to increase employee morale and retention.
Performance Management & Development:
  • Manage performance appraisal processes to ensure continuous feedback and development for employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to upskill employees and build a talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with managers to establish and track clear performance goals aligned with business objectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee compensation structures and ensure competitive salary and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with finance and leadership to manage payroll and benefits administration efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and propose enhancements to benefits offerings.
Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and eCommerce industry regulations.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are aware and informed.
  • Handle any disciplinary actions and resolve employee issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify HR priorities that support business growth and scale effectively.
  • Use data analytics to assess HR metrics, such as turnover and engagement, to drive informed decisions and strategic changes.
  • Implement HR technologies and digital solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the eCommerce or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements within the eCommerce sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
