Position Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the HR function and aligning HR strategies with the company's business goals. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment and culture.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for employees.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
• Oversee payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• HR Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct workforce planning and analysis.
• Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
