Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage payroll processes, compliance with labor laws, and employee records while supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Payroll: Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
• Provident Fund & ESI: Handle all matters related to Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI), ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, implementing necessary policies and procedures.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and managing onboarding for new hires.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
