PRATHAM Test Prep U/o IIFM Ltd is a Premium Entrance Preparation specialist for various undergraduate courses whether it is Management, Law, Mass Communication or B.Com etc. It has a curriculum which is intricately designed to meet the needs of the students who are preparing for various undergraduate entrances for various reputed college.
The basic criteria for admission into any coveted university Pan-India is to clear an entrance exam which largely tests the Aptitude of the students in fields like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical
Reasoning, General Awareness and Current Affairs. This aptitude, which is latent in every student, needs polishing and practice. The faculty members are competent, erudite and experienced. They provide relentless and unwavering guidance and students under their aegis are able to do wonders and perform to the highest of their capabilities. As selections in various coveted institutes like CLAT, AILET, IIM Indore,
IIM Rohtak, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, IHM, WGSHA, BCA, Xt. Xavier's, Mumbai etc. have only seen an upswing, PRATHAM as a name has become synonymous with success and progress.
Tapping the potential of the students in and around Delhi has encouraged PRATHAM Test Prep to expand its horizons and reach out to students beyond Delhi NCR to Panipat, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Jaipur .
THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, HR administrative tasks, and grievance handling. As an HR Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee growth, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Payroll and other HR Finance :
Should have complete knowledge about compliances
Coordinate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Verify attendance and leave records to ensure correct salary calculations and oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursals.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees while ensuring compliance with income tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Structure and review compensation and benefits packages to remain competitive in the market.
Managing the entire Exit & full and final settlement process and co-ordination with cross functional team for the timely closure of F&F.
2. Employee Engagement and Retention :
Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Implement recognition and reward programs to celebrate employee achievements.
Formulate retention strategies by identifying causes of turnover and nurturing a positive organizational culture emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility.
Actively engage remote employees through regular virtual check-ins, online team-building activities, and digital recognition programs to sustain high morale and connectivity.
Establish and uphold a strong framework for managing employee relations, ensuring that policies promote a positive work environment and are communicated clearly and applied consistently across the organization.
3. Performance Management :
Strategically align performance goals with the broader organizational objectives, ensuring that individual contributions are directly linked to company success.
Implement a data-driven approach to performance evaluations by integrating advanced analytics tools that measure key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
Conduct comprehensive performance reviews, providing employees with constructive feedback based on quantitative data and qualitative observations.
Identify high performers through a systematic analysis of performance data, and devise targeted retention plans that include personalized career development opportunities.
Address performance concerns by developing and implementing improvement plans. Utilize a coaching model to facilitate employee growth and improvement, and apply disciplinary measures when necessary based on a clear, analytical understanding of performance issues.

4. Analytics and Reporting :
Develop and maintain a robust analytics framework to measure the effectiveness of talent processes and outcomes.
Regularly report on key talent metrics to the senior management team to inform decision-making.
Establish clear metrics for performance evaluation and implement regular check mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve employee retention and engagement.
5. Grievance Handling:
• Act as a point of contact for employees to address their grievances and concerns.
• Conduct investigations and work towards timely resolution of employee issues.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and knowledge:
• Preferably MBA in Human Resources (Full-time)or related.
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office package and IT literate.
Experience:
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Thorough understanding and practical knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
• Strong expertise in employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
Skills:
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in payroll processing and HRIS management.

LOCATION: Candidate will be based out at South Delhi(6 days working)
