• Manage attendance systems and address issues related to late coming of staff and workers.
• Oversee leave management and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain discipline, enforce company rules, and implement HR policies.
• Handle salary, advances, and loan management.
• Develop and manage the organizational chart.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
• Facilitate joining formalities, induction programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Manage employee exit formalities and handle job profiles and descriptions.
• Administer performance appraisal systems, increments, and promotions.
• Maintain comprehensive employee data and manage training and development programs.
• Oversee office housekeeping, workshop cleaning, garden maintenance, and security management.
• Manage transportation, canteen services, and labor colony management.
• Handle general building maintenance, safety awareness programs, and guest hospitality.
• Organize hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and event management.
• Conduct counseling sessions and problem-solving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal statutory requirements, including factory laws, PF, PT, and safety regulations.
• Schedule and manage meetings, and maintain HR data records and filing systems.
• Report daily HR activities and updates to management.

• BBA/MBA in HR or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
