JOB DESCRIPTION
Organizational Development:
1. Legal Recruitment
• Ensures all necessary human resource policies, programs, and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with Existing Firm Policies.
2. Establishes policies and procedures for performance management; provides consultation and support to managers with respect to performance management and Employees /Colleagues disciplinary decisions.
3. Develops, implements, and manages an appropriate employee recognition program.
4. Ensures the appropriate maintenance and security of Firms data in consultation with IT, as appropriate.
5. Keeping the management abreast with all the activities on the floor and giving alerts when required.
Employees Training:
1. Joining formalities and introduction to all the Firm's policies and procedures
2. Develops, implements, and manages effective procedures for employee orientation and initial training.
3. Assists in and contributes to the development and administration of the Employee training.
4. Generates opportunities for relevant and necessary professional training and development.
5. Query and grievances handling of the Employees.
Recruitment & Retention:
1. Oversees, develops, and implements the recruitment and selection process ensuring effective procedures for acquisition and retention of qualified candidates. 2. Develops a recruitment and retention strategy that contributes to the strategic aim of the Firm.
3. Ensures succession planning processes are in place in support of Employees development and advancement, and to facilitate recruitment/selection.
4. Develops, implements, and maintains appropriate job descriptions, job evaluation and classification processes needed in the Firm.
Professional Conduct, Development, and Evaluation:
1. Nurture a positive working environment
2. Set an example of professional conduct within the organization.
3. Cooperate with the performance evaluation process.
4. Assess personal needs for training and development and pursue training opportunities to address these needs.
5. Coordination for campus recruitment at top law schools for recruitment.
6. Management of the firm's internship program
7. Managing background verification process of the selected candidates.
8. Understanding Firms needs and aligning HR strategy accordingly.
9. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
10. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience:
1. Law Firm / Legal Industry Experience only
2. A minimum of 4-7 years of human resource management experience preferred.
3. Preference will be given to Law Firm Experience candidates.
4.Exceptional written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Advanced knowledge of effective strategic resource planning, policy processes and evaluation techniques and proven ability to lead change and find creative solutions.

7. Ability to deal with highly sensitive and personal information in a confidential manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
