Designation : HR ManagerResponsibilities:1. Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and on boarding of new employees.2. Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.3. Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.4. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, including leadership development and succession planning.5. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.6. Oversee HR administration, including record-keeping, payroll processing, and maintenance of HRIS systems.7. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.8. Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related challenges and support organizational goals.9. Provide coaching and guidance to staff members to ensure high performance and professional growth.Qualifications:1. MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in non-tech industries with more than 300 employees.3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.4. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.8. Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software.Location: Surat (on-site, 6 days a week)
