Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Handle salary processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll management.
• Proficient in attendance management and preparation of salary sheets.
• Basic knowledge of legal compliance related to HR functions.
• Administer administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
• Maintain well-documented employee files and records.
• Handle employee grievances promptly and effectively.
• Act as a single point of contact for employee grievances.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across the organization.
