We are looking for HR Manager (Facility company exp Must) _ Chennai -Perungudi
Experience - 8 + Years
To monitor PAN India Recruitment operations,
To design and devise Recruitment plan to cater to fill up the vacancies.
To have a macro approach on recruitment at PAN India level
To concentrate and work on "lead time" to fill up the vacancies.
To closely work with the Operations team for smooth placement and replacement of personnel
Skills Required
Thorough knowledge in Recruitment
To lead / manage recruiters
Strategic and Operational skill in recruitment
