Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our HR department and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Participate in strategic planning and support organizational development initiatives.
• Forecast HR needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
• Performance Management
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance issues.
• Develop training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Compliance and Legal
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Handle investigations and resolve complaints regarding workplace issues.
• Compensation and Benefits
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary reviews and manage employee benefits administration.
• Develop and implement compensation strategies that are competitive and equitable.
• Training and Development
• Identify training needs and manage training programs.
• Develop career development plans for employees.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
• HR Metrics and Reporting
• Maintain HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Use HR analytics to improve HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
