About The Job

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager at HJ Real Estates in India.

Location: West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi.

Mode: Work from office

Working days: 6 days.

Qualifications

Minimum 4years of experience in recruitment and operations, preferably in the real estate industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Experience in payroll, attendance sheet, PF, ESIC.

Experience in Policy making, Employee Grievances.

Familiarity with recruitment software and databases

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
• HR Operations: 4 years (Preferred)
• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
