Job Description

Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to

attract and retain top talent.

•Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,

interviewing, and on boarding.

•Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address and

resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and effectively.

•Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional

development programs. Support employee growth through performance

management and career development initiatives.

•Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal

systems. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and

feedback to employees.

•Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with industry

standards.

•Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labour laws,

regulations, and company policies. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies

and procedures.

• Employee Engagement: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyse

feedback to improve workplace culture.

•Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Promote a safe and healthy work environment through training and initiatives.
