development programs. Support employee growth through performance

•Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal
systems. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and
feedback to employees.
•Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with industry

regulations, and company policies. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies
