Youll be the first point of contact for all HR queries for the India office, with a dual reporting line to the UK Head of HR and the Regional Director Indian Sub-Continent.This is a very varied role so flexibility and managing multiple priorities is key. Key responsibilities will include management of employee lifecycle, ensuring the accuracy of data in our HRIS, supporting managers with HR issues and management of our payroll process.You will need to have an excellent knowledge of Indian employment law and ideally have worked in a global organization. Youll have the confidence and experience to work in a stand-alone role but equally understand the importance of teamwork. Resilience is key as is the ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent written and spoken English is essential and flexibility in working hours will be needed occasionally.
