Job Description

• Address HR-related queries and concerns.
• Promote a positive work environment and handle conflicts.
• Conduct exit interviews to enhance retention.
• Support performance appraisal system development.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Assist managers with performance goals and issues.
• Identify training needs and develop programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
• Assess and improve training effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
