Greetings from Saraswati Global Pvt Ltd! We are currently hiring for the position of HR Manager. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR professional with over five years of experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of payroll processing, compliance, labor law, grievances, PF and ESI Challan, recruitment, and the Boilers and Factory Act.Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Labor Law: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and practices adhere to legal requirements.
• Grievances: Handle employee grievances and work towards resolving conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
• PF and ESI Challan: Manage the Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance processes, including challan preparation and submission.
• Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
• Boilers and Factory Act: Ensure compliance with the Boilers and Factory Act, including safety regulations and standards.
• Managing Experience: Provide strong leadership and management to the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Over five years of experience in human resources management.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, labor law, grievances, PF and ESI Challan, recruitment, and the Boilers and Factory Act.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
