for HR Manager

Location: Chandigarh

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the performance management system and provide guidance to managers on performance appraisal processes.
• Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations issues and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
• Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports pertaining to HR metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR management.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
• Experience in the education industry or a similar sector would be preferred.
• Prior experience in handling recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
