Job Purpose: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse range of functions, including Recruitment, employee engagement, grievance resolution, and policy management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employees' overall well-being and organizational success.
and key Responsibilities
• Grievance Resolution & Employee Counselling: Handle employee grievances with sensitivity, fairness, and efficiency. Provide counselling to employees facing personal or professional challenges. Offer guidance and support to enhance their well-being and job performance.
• Training & Events: Plan and organize employee engagement events, training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Policy Making & Performance Appraisal: Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to all employees. Collaborate with managers to facilitate performance appraisal processes, and implement process that encourage regular feedback, goal-setting, and professional growth.
