:
• Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with other employees.
• Strong recruiting ability( Finding suitable candidates according to requirement)
• Processing new joinee onboarding process and Preparing HR documents
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Organize and maintain records and revise company policies
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Help in Organising any event and process expense forms
Requirements:
• 1-2years in Human Resource(preferred)
• Freshers can also apply.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field.
• Need a candidate who can join instant.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
