HR Manager Customer Centre IndiaEpiroc India are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in the Customer Center located in Pune. In this role you will work close to the General Manager and be a valued member of the management team. In addition, you will work closely to the Vice President People and Leadership India, ensuring an alignment between global and Epiroc India initiatives. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in creating and managing a HR strategy, ensuring its successful execution and adjusting accordingly to create competitive advantage.A key purpose of the role is to help strengthen leadership to make sure we have leaders who actively work with People Management in order to create short term as well as lasting results. We think you can contribute to our organization in building high performing teams, with each person understanding own role and expectations. That you have experience in how to maximize business performance and results by ensuring we have the right number of people we need and with the competences needed, and that gaps are closed as quickly and efficiently as possible.We also expect you to ensure we have a strong pipeline of diverse internal talent performing in their current roles and capable and motivated to develop into new roles in the company.Mission:Your overall mission is to safeguard that the Epiroc India continuously gains market shares in the segments we operate, being recognized as market leader and operating with the profitability the Epiroc Group expects.Specific focus for the Customer Center the coming years is:

You will also work with the management team and other HR Managers in Epiroc India to walk the talk when it comes to our culture and leadership expectations.Job TitleHuman Resources Manager Epiroc India Customer CentreReports ToThe Human Resources Manager reports to the General Manager CC and with a dotted line to Vice President People and Leadership Epiroc IndiaJob OverviewThe HR function is a strategic function within the company with the aim to support our business managers and customer centre organization reach results by having the right people in the right place at the right time.This is done by being a business savvy leader for the HR function in the customer centre at the same time taking an active part in strategic recruitments, talent growth thru identifying and proposing development plans and trainings in soft- and tech skills among others. In order to deliver the HR manager has a team of HR Professionals that support activities that shall be managed in a proactive way.The HR organization also ensures that company complies with local labour law, union negotiations, educates managers and takes an active role in conflict management and facilitates reviews together with responsible managers when needed. The HR manager is also making sure that the organization works in line with global Epiroc HR processes.ResponsibilitiesHR Manager is entrusted, but not limited to, the following activities and responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of the overall Epiroc India strategy.
  • Safeguard that everyone in the organization respects and lives up to the values of Epiroc.
  • Execution of Epiroc India People & Leadership strategies

  • Contribute to establishing cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient decision making and communication structure within the Epiroc Customer Center
  • Provide leadership and support to our sales offices ensuring that we have excellent people management processes in place.

Automation & Digitalization
  • Contribute to our vision of becoming an \'undisputed automation & digitalization leader\' and provide simple, easy to use and innovative HR solutions, processes, and tools to support business needs.
  • Ensure that leaders are leading digital acceleration and establish a reskilling strategy for new digital competencies.
  • Explore possibilities to implement robotization/digitization in HR Processes to assist organization.
Operational Excellence
  • Constantly review and create most efficient organizational structures.
  • Contribute to establishing cross-functional teams (inch. Physical space) to ensure an efficient decision making and communication structure in the Customer Center organization.
  • Coordinate and build a \xe2\x80\x9cspoke\xe2\x80\x9d Epiroc University together with other HR Managers in Epiroc India
  • Support Group initiatives that reduce administration and enable a business focus for HR professionals such as information systems and Epiroc University.
  • Coordinate that My Voice action plans are effectively implemented and followed up in the Customer Center
  • Support in internal audits with an HR focus.
Other
  • Provide proactive, structured and business minded support to the Customer Center Management team and work as a sounding board for the General Manager
  • Set and drive compensation and benefit strategy including ensuring salary reviews are aligned with performance and market needs.
  • Active participation and engagement in India People & Leadership Forum as Customer Center representative, with a \xe2\x80\x9cone HR\xe2\x80\x9d mindset and providing functional leadership that creates clear business value.
  • Participation in acquisitions and integrations of acquired companies.
  • Working closely with the Management Team of Epiroc India to ensure that HR is aligned with the business and the Epiroc Mining India strategies.
  • Support management in identifying high-potentials and mentoring programs.
  • Report according to group metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis the HR performance indicators (group HR reports)
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR related issues for bargainable and non - bargainable employees; Lead conflict resolution approach in cases of disciplinary action.
Qualifications
  • Degree in any stream
  • Post-Graduation in HR Management
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5-10 years in HR Manager position, preferably from an industrial and global company

  • Pune, India.
