5 To facilitate Performance Management System for NMS across the CTG location (Gurgaon, Bhiwadi & Chennai). To facilitate process heads for the appraisal cycle.To assist HR Head in recommendation of salary revisions after benchmarking.To assist HR Head & BLT for decisions related to appraisals. Timely & Error free completion of NMS Appraisal
6 MIS and HR Analytics report Analyze various HR parameters & provide inputs to the HR head for decision making. MIS by 07th of every month
7 Timely processing of monthly payroll To ensure timely release of salary inputs to payroll.To ensure smooth function of the attendance system. Number of errors in monthly Payroll
