Role : HR ManagerKey Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage campus hiring initiatives.
• HR Business Partnering:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support strategic growth.
• Provide HR expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to provide HR advice and support.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective HR practices and initiatives.
• Strategic HR Initiatives:

• Drive the delivery of talent processes and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead core HR processes such as performance calibration, compensation cycles, and promotions.
• Analyze and interpret employee data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
• Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
