Were looking for a peoples person with excellent people management skills, to work as our full-time HR Manager. As our HRM youll be given the responsibility to handle all the HR processes. You will also provide functional expertise in all aspects of HR (staffing, talent strategies, capabilities, compensation, org design, culture, etc.) in support of business goals.Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment cycle

• Project Management. Develop and implement recruitment strategies for attracting top creative talent across various disciplines (e.g., graphic designers, copywriters and web developers).

• Campus hiring, employee relations and employee engagement

• Efficiently handle HR operations activities, employee data updating and employee attendance

• Coordinating with admin related tasks like business travel bookings, Infrastructure, Facility Management & Maintenance, Planning and Maintenance of physical environment & space utilization, etc.

• Draft and implement HR Policies & Procedures, handle employee grievances & addressable with conflict resolution skills.

• Manage entire life cycle of employee from recruitment to exit formalities.

• Letter formats & Document Management

• Leverage HR data to drive improvements in retention, engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion metrics

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Build and maintain relationships with freelance platforms, creative agencies, and educational institutions.

• Org Design- Solve organizational issues to align with business strategy and capabilities required.

• Compliance and Legal Review

RequirementsRequired Skills:

• Graduation or equivalent degree with specialization in HR preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

• Proficiency in HR technology, HR tools, HR software, applicant tracking systems, social media recruitment tools, portfolio platforms, learning and management systems, performance management, contract management is preferred.

• Excellent Knowledge of MS-Office

• Strategic solution-based problem-solving with good communication Skills

• Multi-tasker who is persistence to follow up with a systematic work style

• Passion for the creative industry and understanding of its specific needs and challenges is a plus.

• Strong understanding of contractual staffing regulations and compliance practices.
