We have urgent opening for HR Manager-(Male) position at Kochi location.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations to support employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding, with the assistance of cross-HR teams.
A. HR MIS & Reporting (Data Management):
• Verify Employee data related to joining, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit in manual sheets and HRMS Software.
• Update HRIS records with new joiners, exits, and any people data changes.
• Verification of ESIC Data & PF DATA.
B. Employee Onboarding / Induction:
• Verify new joiners' details in the input sheet.
• Updating of Inputs related to resignation increment promotion deductions etc for payroll processing.
• Send confirmation mail to the unit for salary Input details.
• Update Insurance Company regarding new joiners for medical insurance coverage.
• Update SDK regarding new joiners for ESIC TIC & verify TIC tracker.
C. Probation Confirmations:
• Send completion of probation Notification to the Reporting Managers.
• Issuance of Confirmation Letter / Probation Extension Letter from HO.
• Verify Updating of Confirmation tracker.
D. Labour Compliance:
• Documentation & Coordination for various inspections show cause notices.
• Checking new formats/forms introduced by the Govt, minimum wage revision.
E. Payroll Management:
• Adherence to Leave & Attendance Policy.
• Checking of accuracy of inputs every week.
• Provide the input sheet to Payroll by or before the 25th of every month.
• Follow-up with Payroll for collecting challans (ESIC, PF, PT, LWF).
• Verify & Share exit employees' details & exit documents of resigned employees for F& F calculation regularly.
• Coordination & resolution of salary issues if any.
• Coordination & resolution of F& F queries/concerns if any.
F. Exit Management:
• Coordination for exit documents.
• Conducting exit interviews.
• Follow up with Payroll for F& F Settlements.
• Issuance of experience certificate and relieving letter.
• Ensuring PF withdrawal forms submission & verifying updation of the PF withdrawal tracker.
G. General Duties:
• To understand completely & conform to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• To give unconditional support to new openings for all RSC team members.
• To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire.
• To be fully conversant with the geographical layout of the operation.
• To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Follow the clean-as-you-go policy and keep the work area clean at all times.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
