Permanent Contract - Based in Chennai (India)Your role :
Directly reporting to the Director - Asia Pacific, you will be in charge of implementing the Phosphea HR best practices in our subsidiaries in Asia (India and Malaysia).Your missions:-Recruitment:

• Analyzing the needs of your area
• Realizing sourcing and selection of candidates
• Realizing compensation and benefits packaging before proposal
• Implementing onboarding processes
• Developing Universities/Schools relationships
• Realizing monthly reportings

-Staff administration/Statutory compliance:

• Realizing work contracts
• Controlling tax and social declarations
• Preparing and filing compliance and statutory documents to authorities.

-Training and Development:

• Analyzing training needs
• Elaborating annual training plan
• Implementing training programs
• Analyzing results and quality of trainings

-Talent management:

• Preparing and implement annual reviews campaign
• Analyzing annual reviews results and feedbacks
• Following onboarding and career development

Your profile:- Master\'s degree graduated in Human Resources Management
- 3 to 5 years\' experience in a same position in an international company
- Strong knowledge of the local labor law
- Fluent in English, Chinese would be an advantage
- Familiar with international HR practices
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills
- Proactive and good listening skills
