Job Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the company, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities Area & Duties
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company\'s goals and comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Design and implement employee training and development programs to support employee growth and advancement, as well as to ensure the company remains competitive in the industry.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, including the development of performance evaluation criteria, setting performance goals and expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching managers on performance management best practices.
Manage the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes, including monitoring and updating company benefit plans, administering payroll, and addressing employee inquiries related to these areas.
Foster positive employee relations and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by employees. Act as a mediator between employees and management as needed.
Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company\'s overall goals and objectives, including initiatives related to talent management, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement
Stay current on HR best practices, trends, and developments, and make recommendations for improvements to HR programs and initiatives as needed.
Manage the HR budget and ensure HR initiatives are cost-effective and within budget constraints.
Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure HR initiatives are integrated and aligned with other business objectives.
Conducting regular workforce analysis and forecasting to identify current and future staffing needs.
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master\'s degree preferred.
Knowledge required
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including EEO and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform HR decisions and strategies.
Proficiency with HR-related technologies, including HRMS and payroll systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Efficient in using tools such as MS Office & Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, etc)
Experience required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
