Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Provide training and guidance on best recruitment practices and tools.
Employer Branding:
Enhance the companyxe2x80x99s employer brand by showcasing its values and culture through recruitment campaigns.
Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.QualificationsExperience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Experience in handling large-scale hiring for mid-sized organizations (200-250 employees preferred).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s/Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
