we are looking for the HR head for the Company at Changodhar - ahmedabad Minimum 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles in manufacturing industry or PVC/PLastic Industyr
- Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll management, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field, MBA preferred
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality hires
- Managing payroll administration and compliance activities
- Handling HR operations, including policy development, employee relations, and performance management
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture
- Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
