• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, Factory Acts and other relevant legal requirements.
• Understand the specific challenges and compliance issues within the sector.
• Focused attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of operations comply with relevant regulations.
• Ability to manage regulatory issues, assess their impact on the organization, and develop effective compliance strategies.
• Impementation of Labour Laws & Liosioning with Factory inspector as & when required.
• Capable to manage industrial relations.
• Experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs to all levels of the organization.
• Experience in conducting internal audits and monitoring systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Ability to solve compliance-related problems efficiently and proactively. flexibility and adaptability to keep up with changes in regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other stakeholders. ability to handle buyer\'s audits and communicate with them properly.
• Proficiency in local language & good communication in hindi & english.
